UrgoTül ist eine nicht okklusive, flexible und anpassungsfähige Lipidokolloid Wundkontaktauflage, die aus einem Netz von Polyesterfasern besteht, welches mit Hydrokolloidpartikeln (Carboxymethylcellulose), Paraffin, Vaseline und Polymeren getränkt ist.
